Slow Cooker or Instant Pot Chicken Tikka Masala

$ 5.00

Chicken Tikka Masala is often considered Britains unofficial national dish. Some say that the dish was first served in Scotland when a customer at a Pakistani restaurant said his Chicken Tikka was too dry. The chef added some tomato soup to the dish and a beloved dish was born. Others say Chicken Tikka Masala was created in Punjab in 1971. Either way it's a fantastic dish.

Chicken Tikka Masala is usually made with yogurt, chunks of chicken and spices. We've tweaked the recipe a bit to add chickpeas and broccoli which soak up the flavor of the sauce. We've upped the fiber, plant based protein, iron and all the benefits of broccoli.

Chicken Tikka Masala is so easy and so delicious! Let your crock pot do the work while you go out and play (or work). Prep takes less than ten minutes. Use your Instant pot and dinner will be done in 30 minutes. Can be prepped the night before and started in the morning or in the instant pot when you get home.
